Ong Ko Met Association of Sacramento, a Mutual Benefit corporation was incorporated February 12, 1947. Although it is a non-profit, as a mutual benefit corporation cannot be a 501(c)(3) organization under IRS Regulations. Therefore any monetary or other contributions made to Ong Ko Met Sacramento are not tax- deductible. In addition, any contributions that are received must be used for public benefit purposes.
